Snapshot General Information
TruBendz Technology is a fabricating company. We build custom products with various materials for a variety of applications, which all take time. Most orders ship in 3-5 days (excluding weekends). Depending on current production, some orders can ship faster. We spend most of our time fabricating and engineering products. If you can't reach us by phone, leave a message or send us an email. All orders ship using UPS Shipping (48 US). Tracking numbers are automated and email when orders are completed and shipped.

Shipping Rates/Service
Shipping rates displayed on our website reflect UPS Ground Shipping for both USA and Canada and only apply to the 48 Continental United States and Canada. Alaska and Hawaii have different rates and require email or phone response to establish rate. YES! We can ship International and to APO/FPO Box addresses, and will typically use USPS for this service, however; shipping rates vary and require e-mail or phone response to establish rates. We are not responsible for International Duty/Fee's during shipping. NOTE: Our shipping carrier is UPS, which does not ship to PO BOXES. Please provide street addresses only for shipping.

Return/Exchange Policy
Within 30 days of receiving your order you may return/exchange any unwanted parts ordered, if new or defective. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. All parts must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled, modified or damaged by incorrect installation. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (because we build custom products) or will be exchanged if defective. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any expenses, such as: shop/labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as a result of installation of any wrong or defective parts. Return shipping charges are not refundable and at the owners expense. Replacement parts will ship after we receive and process your exchanged product. Please allow 2-4 business days to process your return/exchange once it has been received. If you need a replacement item faster than our policy, we suggest placing a new order then shipping the defective item back for a refund when convenient. In some cases, we may ask for photos of installation to help determine defective parts. If a part is returned as defective and found not defective, a restocking fee will be applied. 

Return Procedure
First, ensure your product is eligible for return through our return policy listed above. If eligible: you need to obtain an RA number by calling or sending an e-mail with the following information: date, order number, name, phone/email address and the part number you wish to return along with an explanation of why you need to return it. All RA numbers are e-mailed within 2 business days with complete return shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. All returns must be postage paid. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing (we suggest adding shipping insurance). Once received, allow 2-4 business days to process your return.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from TruBendz Technology are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer at the shipping point which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport. All items include insurance for the full value paid. Although accidents can happen, we have never had a customer lose money as a result of shipping damage or lost shipments. If such an accident does occur, we will work with the customer and the shipping carrier for resolution, but please keep in mind the process takes time and ultimately handled by the carrier.
